Karen Ramirez
With over 10 years of industry experience, Karen has a keen eye for analyzing and sorting all of our client’s financial data, banking, credit card statements, and day-to-day spending patterns. Her evaluation skills and detail-oriented approach allows her to truly understand the spending habits and trends of all of our clients, giving our accountants everything they need to guide you towards success.
Karen is dedicated to serving all of our clients with the highest regard of customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in order to instill confidence in what our team can accomplish.
Damion Williams
Damion’s talents lie within financial planning and development in support of our accountants. He will create modules, budgets and strategies that help all of our clients get closer to their financial goals and is exceptionally skilled in reporting, process development, and cost optimization.
With over 5 year’s experience in accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and payroll administration, Damion is the true definition of a team player as he does everything within his power to assist others and our clients.
Ann Hutchinson
Ann’s well-rounded experience represents strong analytical skills, staff and office management, event coordination, informational counseling – all the while being a friendly team player.
She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges. She brings with her an extensive background in customer service.
Rajendra Singh
Rajendra wakes up every morning knowing that he is going to put his best foot forward and help our clients in the best way possible. He is passionate about working with numbers and takes the time necessary to understand each client’s unique situation before developing an appropriate and money- saving tax plan. All while providing over-the-top customer service. Rajendra completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Guelph majoring in Accounting. He is currently working towards his CPA designation.
Brian Phen
Brian Phen, a newly onboarded accountant, contributes 4 years of professional experience in financial analysis, bookkeeping, and tax regulations. His background, including significant work at Tapp and Company, has equipped him with robust skills in audit support and account reconciliation. Brian is recognized for his meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills, making him a valuable addition to our team and enhancing the quality of our financial services.
Naveen Kotian
Naveen brings over 17 years of experience in accounting and credit control, including five years as a staff accountant in Ontario. He excels in maintaining systematic records of business transactions, verifying and processing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgets. With expertise across industries like real estate and logistics, Naveen ensures accuracy and tailored solutions that help clients achieve financial stability and growth.
